Book Review Excerpt (Taken from Amazon.com) “Easy to read, the book focuses on much more than the technology. It also helps you think through the needs of the ‘people side’ of the LMS, from change management, to getting executive buy-in, to ways to encourage the students to accept the new system. Ms. Baker's experience with LMS's shows, as does her sense of humor."
